Poor they have problems with key fob. almost every night i had to go to the reception and get new keys. none of the doors to enter the property were working. location is good

Would never stay here or never ever recommend. Worst hotel experience in a very long time. Pool had no filter. Exterior doors broken, had to go around the whole property, weird smells (smoke, pets, food) in hallways, rooms and elevators. It’s dingy and dirty, broken and outdated things throughout the building and room, everything was just kinda gross. Not what we expected, didn’t get to really relax & rest. Disappointed with our stay. Hotel was very loud with other guests all night. Did not sleep we at all. The door to our room had a visible gap which kept making us feel like the door was not closed correctly. Room was ok but not as pictured online website not what we were expecting. Fire alarms went off at 5:30 am. No one explained what was going on. I wasn’t able to fall back to sleep and the added noise from the hallway made it even harder to rest. Location was ok.
