We wont use this hotel again. room AC did not work properly. Window fell out when we tried to open. Just did not feel like the value was worth the price paid.
It was a fair hotel would not recommend. Our door wouldn’t close properly. The hallways were dirty and the stay was not helpful. The tv service would not work for long periods and the internet was very slow. The location was great for our trip. Easy in and out.

Okay We booked a king room but didn't get a king sized bed. There was dog hair on every surface in our room. Since we don't have animals I know that meant the room wasn't cleaned very well. Would not stay here again. Way too expensive for what we got. Staff were friendly.
Dirty bathroom, tiny beds. The guest room was filthy, with hair and dirt accumulated on the bathroom floor. When we checked in there were bits of trash and dirt all around the floor. There was a musty smell to the room. I noted several bugs scurrying around the bathroom. The vinyl flooring tiles were peeling near the shower. Housekeeping did not replenish the bathroom amenities or coffee station during the stay. The pool area was nice although could have been cleaner.
Nice next time I will make sure we ask if pets will be next to us! Noisy dogs all night second night of stay! The toilet didn’t always flush!
Disappointing The hot tub was broken and we were told permanently closed. This was the whole reason we booked this hotel, so this was a VERY disappointing stay. The website should be update to remove the nice picture of the hot tub and hot tub should not be listed as an amenity. Clean, comfortable rooms.
Improvements and attention to details are needed. All the planters are empty without any flowers in the main entrance. The front desk person was not helpful and the coffee area had not been cleaned all day by the looks of the garbage piled up, meanwhile the desk person just sat on the phone. The hot tub outside was broken in the area of the pool, so the whole area was closed for use. The room and bed was very comfortable!!
