A hassle and an inconvenience First off I drove 12 hours from Az - Colorado I go to check in at the front desk and my room got switched with some one else’s , had to wait for her to figure it out and go get those people she put in the room I drove all day expecting my room to be ready and this was an inconvenience, second of all I had to go in the office 4 out of the 5 days I stayed there because my keycard kept getting deactivated she had poor customer service and a bad attitude I had the same lady each time I went in and s... read more

Understaffed and Poor Management Fridge was not plugged in and our food went bad. Key was deactivated twice. It snowed and the plow truck reburied my truck after I took the time to shovel around it. Breakfast was not rotated and did not meet expectations. It also appears that only one or two persons were staffed for cleaning and the hotel was not very clean in common places. Bedding was very thin and uncomfortable compared to other La Quinta stays. . Location

Horrible. The fact that they didnt accept my cash app card, i had to pay to go home and get a different one, they had no customer service or anything ti drink or eat, my room was ok but i couldnt rest easy at all because people were harassing me all through the night, im a combat veteran my ptsd is triggered easily people target and harrass me who know that. The hotel staff accepts and lets these people do whatever they want however nefarious just to keep me from rest and keep me on edge. I'm livid and want a refubd or a vou... read more

There is a $75 animal charge hitting my account almost daily and I have a service dog. Staffs attitude when trading in laundry Breakfast was horrible

Disappointing In the dining room the heater was switched off, and it was extremely cold. Outside it was -20° C. We stayed there 5 nights and they came only one day to clean the room and give us new towels.
