Very Good Breakfast needed some work. Cold. Eggs runny. Out of gravy 1 hour into breakfast and no more to make. Biscuits hard. Sausage rubbery.

Poor I was told by a staff member that I would be able to get checked in a little after 12 midnight since my flight didn’t around 12:00AM. The rooms were dirty, I found 3 big bugs in my room due to the fact the AC vent was broken. They moved me to another room and the bedding was dirty, so they thought that I should move back to my original room. Terrible service, especially for the amount that I had paid, and they were the accommodating considering what was wrong with my room. Close to the destination where I needed to be

It was clean, but staff made it less comfortable. When we checked in, the young man behind the desk was nice, but more interested in getting back to his phone screen. When I asked for an extra suitcase rack, he told me they did not have any spare ones. On our last day at the hotel, we had housekeeping clean the room in the morning, while we were there. Okay My pillow cases had stain on them. There was HAIR on my sheets. I was traveling and arrived at 1 and check in was a 3. I was told my room wasn't ready and to give them 10 minutes. I also booked a room on ground level and gave me a room on the 3rd floor. I had to struggle e open my room door everytime I came back in. The place and location was nice. The price was good as well.
Dirty - need new cleaning staff! The beds in the room hadn’t been changed. Sheets not clean or properly made. When I complained to the front desk she said they would get housekeeping into it. We then went out for our evening meal hoping the problem would be fixed. On our return the beds were still not done so the lady at the front desk gave me sheets to make the bed myself! Unbelievable! Floor dirty - straw on floor.
