Booking.com and Denver Tech should make sure Refund was given back to customer Refund of my money because I didn't stay there / very unsafe condition I didn't stay there / I was almost robbed / homeless people around ground area/ piles of trash inside and outside of building

Overall was meh would not stay at this one location again. The AC in first room was not working , then was move to another room and to which AC was poorly running. Had to purchase a fan to help keep the room somewhat comfortable, the bathroom floors were dirty.The bed were pretty firm and the blanket felt like an window curtain. Close to Denver and things to do around it.

Poor They weren't supposed to charge me until I checked in but they did anyway, the pool is not heated like they say, the staff is not friendly I liked the location and the pool area, that's why we go to that location.

Would not recommend Room was hot AC didn’t work properly and the back glass was knocked out of our car overnight on the property.

Very Poor The room was not clean.. found a pair of woman's underwear along the side bed.. someones toothbrush laying on the floor next to the night stand. Visible hand prints all over head board.. hair in shower..would never stay again absolutely disgusting.

Should have stayed somewhere else Management rude and dishonest (lied to us multiple times), THC was left by previous guest on floor and not cleaned up. Our dog ate it and cost us $1000 vet bill. Other guests smoking marijuana in hotel and can be smelled inside the other rooms. Breakfast
