I like somewhat of my stay but they got too many pets in there and that is just a little bit kind of I didn't like some of the staff members some of them were listening were not really listening I think I got a little bit overcharged didn't really see my $50 going back to my card which I'm still waiting for but I never got it going back to my card the hotel manager lied along with some other staff members lied to they got me out of that room which was very disrespectful saying that they called me they never called me at all ... read more
Bad receptionist The women at the reception call Theresa was very very rude . she treated me badly when I want to extend my stay .

the room was dirty, the incidental charge was not mentioned and there are a lot of homeless people the homeless people outside the locked doors waiting to get in so they could get a free breakfast the location

Charges a pet fee Be aware that this facility charges a pet fee. I specifically searched for accommodations that did not charge a fee for bringing a pet. There were a couple questions asked by customers to the hotel on the booking.com website asking about a pet fee. The hotel answered and said they don’t charge one. They do, they charged me $75 for my dogs. When I pointed this out the staff told me the website was wrong, but they were the ones answering the questions, the hotel not booking.com.
