Good Elevator slow and dirty
Bad I never received my 50$ deposit back
It was not great and not something I’d recommend. Almost everything. Staff was not helpful, internet was down for several days before I got a text notice. I had to call regularly to get updates and it would be delayed to another day. Amenities were dated and didn’t help make up for the other parts of the experience. Not much, grateful the shower worked.

Your employee Kirsten made to stay not only tolerable but made to stay pleasant I think whoever's in charge of housekeeping should have taken a little more time to look at the rooms, when pulling back the sheets to find that the quilt was dirty right there at the pillow gives an immediate impression of filthiness. Bad experience in this hotel Sunken mattress of the queen bed near the window. Shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. I informed this problems to the staff at front desk on the second day in the morning at around 7:15 am. The staff of front desk promised to change the room for me. But when I returned to the hotel at around 6 pm on the same day, I found the staff did nothing on my complaint. They did not change the room or fix the sunken mattress. Hotel that steal from their own guests without offer any comppensate, does not deserve any busines! This is my first ever negative feedback in this (or any) platform for that matters This place is a definite 'stay off' hotel.
