The beds were like sleeping on cement, they threw your bags away we were using for food and snacks, they don't clean under the beds, eggs were nasty, toaster doesn't work Location, price

Bad I didn't like that there was someone hitting the walls next to me, and when I asked to be moved I was told that they don't do courtesy moves and that if I want to make stuff up I'm more than welcome to go to a different hotel The only thing nice bout the trip was that it was pretty clean.

Bad Website makes digital mention of the fact that most of these hotels require a security deposit for incidentals calling ahead I asked about this if they don't charge and was told the amount so I had that ready on my card available for them to take it off. Tell her doing chicken I was told by the attendant very polite lady that my card was not from a reputable bank so it was not good enough for their standards and was not allowed to be taken for not only payment or the deposit I was refuse service based on the nature of th... read more

no. someone came banging on my door at 11:30 while I was in the shower setting off my dogs demanding to know if I was checking out. you shouldn’t bang on my door until 12. inappropriate and rude. i would not stay here again. the property was clean and nice, parking available

see above Cops showed up twice. I was treated terribly because I booked online. I was put on the 3rd floor with my dog and told there was an elevator. The fridge and phone and microwave did not work. In addition, the elevator was being worked on after we checked in. I had to carry my dog and luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. I asked if we could be moved down to the 1 st or 2nd floor and was told there was no availability. It is true that 3rd party reservations cannot be extended manually in house so you do have to book another reservation and check back in. If you moved to a different room than yes, you would have incurred a second dog fee per our policy.
