Disappointing Our 1st room the shower leaked so we asked to move rooms, second room had no remote and it had some garbage in it. The tub in the 2nd room wouldn't drain and smelled musty...The prices at the lil market are to expensive!! The staff was really nice and truly tried to help us out the best they could... we appreciated that! The waffles were awesome but wished they had more variety of breakfast food.

Poor Das Frühstück, das im Preis dabei war, war ein Witz. Frühstück kann man das eigentlich nicht nennen. Der Kaffee war geniessbar. Ab und zu gab es Obst. Wenn von dem wenigen, was da war, etwas aus war, wurde es vom sehr unfreundlichen Personal nie proaktiv nachgefüllt. Das musste man immer anmahnen. Unser Zimmer wurde in 7 Tagen nie gereinigt. Nach dem 3. Tag haben wir die Zimmerreinigung an der Rezeption angefordert. Auch das half nicht. Es wurde angeblich stets "vergessen". Dann hätten wir auch zum halben Preis ein Apar... read more
Poor The room was saturated in urine. I woke up sick every day. The bath tub was clogged and the 80 percent of the staff was rude. The maintenance guy was very good. He had no issues cleaning the carpet. I was just really disappointed and was really looking forward to staying there.
Bad We arrived and checked in and we reserved a king room and was given a room with 2 double beds. Not what we wanted and was paying for. When we said something about was given excuses about system was down all day and we could push beds together and they had no more king rooms. This trip was booked over a month ago and was for my husband birthday and this really ruined it because we had to find another place at another hotel. We will never stay here
Fair Amenities. 3 guests in our room and only 2 towels. Went to get towels on 2 separate occasions and was told there was no more. Went to get a new garbage bag and was told by housekeeper on our floor had no more. Location was great and room was clean
Rude and Unprofessional Staff! The woman who checked us in was very rude and unprofessional, she acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there checking in. Later when my wife went down to ask for sheets for the pull out she made up an excuse and made it seem like it was the end of the world that we would ask for that. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, we ended up going to IHOP instead. Probably won't stay here again. Bad Found blood in the sheets. We ended up renting a second room for the kids to stay in for 1 night. We arrived at the hotel, checked in and went to enjoy Denver. We got back pretty late so the kids went to sleep right away only to discover in the morning there was blood under the pillow of the bed he sleep in all night. I had checked out of the room before the kids came down and after he told me about the blood. I called the front desk right away and talked to a man ( who turned out to be the manager) about it.
