Do Not Stay Here I don't recommend this property because: I asked for shuttle when reserving, my primary reason for choosing the property. I called and at 9:15 for shuttle arrival time, and was told "no shuttle". Ubered and was told I needed to arrange shuttle in advance at checkin. I was a stranded airline passenger, never planned to stay in dfw. Front desk cannot speak English, yet, lectured me, put me on hold never picking up, made check-in difficult, couldn't understand me, at all, no matter how much I repeated my reques... read more

Disappointing First thing was their elevator was down and I had to drag all my belongs up the stairs. A/C was making clicking on and off noises all night long, refrigerator was not that cold no matter how high I turned it and then there was used washcloth hanging on the shower rack. We won’t be staying again! It was close to our location and walking distance to food

Very poor upkeep and out dated equipment The elevator was inoperable and the toilet ran them . all night. Plugs too loose for lamps and my CPAP machine. Bed mattress support clip bent and hits calf if getting up. Loose wiring harness sticking out of the wall next to the HVAC unit. . I spoke with staff to advise The staff taking care of the breakfast bar stayed up on everything and interacted with the guest.

We will never go back to LaQuinta. The check-in person registered us to a room that someone was already in. They heard us trying to get in and came to the door and they were very upset! Then we had to go to the front desk twice cuz our key didn’t work!!! Waffles and juice for breakfast.

Not going back They gave us the key to someone else’s room so we walked in on another couple. Kids running up and down the hall at midnight. Very noisy. The next morning at 9 am the housekeeper didn’t knock but almost came in the room but couldn’t because of deadbolt. Won’t stay there again.

Ok Room smelled of marijuana very strongly (gave me headache all night) they knew of issue because they moved previous person because of it. No remote and couldn’t get till next day, no hairdryer, fridge had a leak and floor was all wet and something very sticky between beds - we covered sticky stuff, avoided wet carpet since just for one night. Great Location, Great Room...Jasmin Needs to Get It Together At check-in, Jasmin, I think that was her name but can't be sure because she had her Columbia Outwear jacket on covering most of it up. She sat down the entire time and did not greet me when I came in. I said hi to her and she barely responded.
