Disappointing The room smelled like vinegar and the air wasn’t working properly No workers were really nice

Very Poor Old room The room I got needs to be upgraded .. old furniture and very basic

It was okay could have been better with fresh smell in the rooms and clean bedding. The bedding was not changed and stained, the night before checkout I literally had to request clean bedding and change it myself as they did not have housekeeping personnel at night. The room had an unpleasant smell. The Location was central and lovely. The breakfast okay The reception staff were so lovely, easily available for assistance and were friendly.

Poor I asked for 2 queen beds and didn’t get it and they were booked so couldn’t change rooms. The room was so hot we even lowered the ac as much as possible didn’t sleep well and the bed was like sleeping on a cardboard box. The bathroom door was so hard to open and close.

I am so sorry that you are not happy but you did get the room that you booked online, which was a King Deluxe Suite, you did not book a room with two queen beds. We did not have any of those types of rooms because other guests had already reserved them. I will let maintenance know about the bathroom door so we can get that issue corrected right away.

Poor Shuttle service was down after they promised it would be good for us. Asked for clean sheets and didn't let them. Hallway smelled of smoke, nothing done about it. Not happy especially with the price Just the location

Our shuttle service is not down, it runs during the times posted online which is 4AM-12AM, we go on a 5 mile radius and to DFW, unfortunately, we do not go to AT&T Stadium, Globe Life or Six Flags. I will speak to our housekeeping staff, but we do change sheets and place clean freshly laundered sheets on each bed daily.

Unclean Bed, No WiFi/ The bed had dirty sheets with blood marks. They informed me they could bring some clean sheets for me to change them out. I had to let them know that I shouldn't have to change them out, which in turn they did come in and change the sheets while I waited. Also the WiFi didn't work the whole time, and when I called to let them know, there was no effort to find out what was going on with the WiFi. Beware. Do not stay here. The room and hotel is NOT what you show online. The hotel smells like marijuana. The bed had blood stains on the blanket and something plastic was thrown in the bed. I pray it was cleaned. The hair dryer do not work, the phone did not work, there was only one tv in front of the bed none as pictured in the sitting couch area as indicated online and in the pictures. While we appreciate the feedback, this only comes after we informed your mother about you smoking in our hotel and being caught on camera. While some of this review is not correct, we compensated your mom for her being upset. And we did not charge you the smoking fee that we should have. Have a good day.
