I will never stay here again and I would not recommend my friends and family to stay here. The staff was not very friendly. Every time I left and came back I had to get the key fixed cause it wouldn’t work and the staff never apologized for the inconvenience. They acted like it was an inconvenience for them to fix the key card. The air conditioner was so noisy I had to fall asleep with my AirPods on. I liked the location

Great staff, and pool! Everything else Bugs on ceiling, the air conditioners in room were both very loud and squeaky, ice maker in hallway ran all night and was EXTREMELY loud and leaked water all over the floor every morning. Elevator only worked some of the time, and the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was barely breakfast attendant took 30 mins to replace the eggs which was the only hot item available. The staff!

Fair The man at the front desk was very nonchalant. I was offered an early check-in at noon, but no room was ready until almost 3. The pool was dirty. The room looked like it hadn't been dusted in months. I wanted to make coffee the next morning, so I ran water through the coffee pot first but lots of black stuff came pouring out so I didn't make coffee. It was very mid, was expecting a bit better based on the reviews and rating. Staff was amazing! In my room there were two towels that were dirty, had a stain and one had a hair on the front of it. The soap bottle was empty when I went to use it. The sheet bedding was old and worn with it fraying a ton, I had to sleep on top of the other sheet. The staff was very helpful when trying to get the shuttle pickup from the airport and then to take me to the airport as well.

No shuttle service I was recommended to stay here because they offered airport and interview facilities shuttles. Both untrue, Hotel is only currently offering airport shuttle for members and the front desk had zero idea on the interview facility shuttle. I received a couple emails from the hotel before my stay, you would think that they would mention any changes as big as the shuttles.
Don’t expect a prompt pick up from the airport An actual shuttle to pick us up from the airport would have been nice. Waited for over an hour for a shuttle to come get us and they lied about taking a long time due to traffic. It is close to the airport so that’s convenient. The breakfast spread is nothing fancy but they do have many different options.
