Easy access to DFW , Night Shuttle a bit slow to pick us up , Day shuttle great no problems food ok , Would stay again.

Our only problem was reaching the hotel to get picked up for the free shuttle from tbe airport. We tried calling for over an hour before we finally got through. Ghe phone would ring and ring and ring, but no answer. Or it woild ring once and hang up. Once we got through the staff were very helpful.
The staff was absolutely amazing. Expidia messed up our reservations and the gentleman at the front desk was so accommodating. I was extremely impressed even though at that moment in time i was very frustrated. We will definitely book here again!!!
Awesome front desk staff, and pet friendly hotel. Very clean, convenient location.
Great room for the price. I door pool is a plus!
