Amazing free breakfast buffet, free parking, clean, huge rooms and dog friendly! Inside had a huge heated pool with a hot tub. The hotel was very noisy though. We constantly heard the people in the room on the floor above us so I know the first level heard us (so sorry) I wish the staff would of been a little more welcoming but overall it was great. I will definitely be staying here again! I’d give it a 9 out of 10!
It looked nice, well-kept, and orderly. We enjoyed the friendliness of everyone, especially the driver, Juan, who picked us up at the airport. He was interesting to talk with. The lady at the desk when we walked in was very kind and helpful.
Service to the airport was great! Room was beautiful and very clean!
The carpet in the room was in terrible shape...it didn’t even meet the wall and had a big tear as you walked in. Everything else was good.
We stayed two nights family trip. Cleanliness was really good.
