Good There wasn't any real breakfast The staff . One employee was honest and helpful when I had a problem with my room.
Good The hot tub and pool was gross and chemical smell too strong No muzzle required
Mediocre First thing I noticed is the lack of USB ports to plug phone chargers into. There were none by the beds which is really odd in 2021 when we all keep cell phones bedside. Also, no channel list so I could safely change channels with my children in the room. The fridge wasn’t cold, I found one of my “clean” towels with a pubic hair in it, the spa and pool were both cloudy, there were no pool towels in the pool area and the snack bags were lacking substance. Good Everything was nice & clean from the hallways to the rooms
Pleasant Hard to get clean towels the elevator was messed up really bad and shook so hard and made a funny noise before it will let you off the elevator bed very hard The staff was very friendly

Exceptional The bathroom toilet seat didn't fit and it had a loose tile in the floor. This was my first time visiting Euless and the the hotel was nice.
