My family and I enjoyed our room layout but were denied extra pillows for my kids. The front desk reps wasn't very welcoming or friendly at all. I'm originally from TX and southern hospitality is a part of our culture, so naturally I'm very surprised at the lack of hospitality and personality that these people exhibited. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but the pool was nice. I'm not sure if I'll be staying at this chain of hotels in the future

Clean, quiet quarters with excellent, top of the line mattresses and bedding. Good, hot breakfasts as well as continental breakfast foods. Well supervised and supplied. Friendly and knowledgeable staff all round.Overall a really nice stay.

Quiet,clean. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Room were clean. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and good variety

It may sound trivial but the toilet paper was almost worthless. It shredded on contact. We did not set up the optional room cleaning as we were there for a short stay..3 nights.

The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast, but the bacon wasn't cooked all the way. There wasn't enough parking for guests.

I liked that I was able to check in early because I was taking my nephews to Six Flaggs for the day. I asked if I was able to do that and they were able to accommodate me and I really appreciated that

The lady at the front desk was super sweet and the rooms were nice. It seemed like they have been doing updates.
