No amenities are available on the property when checked in no pool, dirty, hotel changing prices everyday which is not affordable guests are fighting over Continental Morning breakfast it is a nightmare I would never make reservation or referral anyone to to this hotel bad business

The staff was terrible, very unprofessional. We stayed 3 nights and no cleaning was done in our rooms for any of the three days. I booked 3 rooms and situations as same for all. Towels and sheets were not refreshed, bathroom rolls and tissues were not replaced, AC was not working properly in 2 rooms. When staff was asked to clean they pretended not to understand English. While our hotel is an older facility, it is still our responsibility and pleasure to present the most clean and comfortable rooms possible. At check in I was surprised that Cash was not an option for payment. Nowhere on any website did it say as such nor with Expedia. Luckily we had a card. I politely advised the front desk so they may update the site and she stated its your fault you booked through a 3rd party. I advised that on their page there wasn't anything listed either. I stopped there because I was just trying to help the next family bc the family checking in after us was turned away due to the same issue. Sadly this property is quite run down and very dirty. Holes in the wall, smells bad and more. However, when our door wouldn't open, staff member Jared was extremely helpful and quick to find out how to reset the electronic lock. The property owner needs to invest in repairs and maintenance soon.
