Horrible experience!!! Pros: Not one thing! Cons: Everything Location: Fairfield nj.....mall, eat, play junction. There was one person at the hotel, huge line waited 5 minutes before she came out. No one answered the phone at desk. Maid never showed up and when we asked for towels 4 times they said they have no extras, so we had to use the same towels for 2 days!! Smelled like smoke, people knocking on door at 3 in morning, another hotel guest walked out of men's room and said the security guard was in there shaving! WORST e... read more

Took 15 minutes for the water to heat up. When you used the hot water in the sink, the pipes vibrated in the walls. The room smelled of smoke. Front desk was not courteous during check in.

The only downside of the experience is that the walls are paper thin. The room next to me was having some sort of party and it was very loud into the middle of the night, and i was woken up by loud talking from outside the door very early in the morning. Better soundproofing in the walls would make the experience top notch.

Close to where we were going to visit Pros: Location Cons: A good cleaning There were spider webs and spiders in an around the heating system. Room was very cold. Took awhile for the room to warm up.

Ok for price but... Pros: the price Cons: Cleaning Location: freeway/highway very close by When I arrived which was 10 minutes after check in they had to find a room for me and my family. The room was dirty hair and dust everywhere. Asked them to clean it better everyday and all they did was put new towels and make the beds. The price was nice for the stay I had and I would probably stay again just come prepared to clean it myself.

It was close the Clifton high school It was ok...nice breakfast area...it does allow pet...nice staff...clean room...but the beds were not comfortable... let this hotel be your last choice

So disappointed... Pros: It's a good location. Cons: Needs much improvement! See above. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always been satisfied. So, I spent extra this trip to stay there again. Sadly, the hotel has really gone down-hill over the last year. Overall cleanliness was poor as were repairs. When housekeeping came to my room, they didn't speak English so all they could understand was I needed fresh towels and the bed made.
