no hot water in room Pros: Proximatey I checked into the hotel on Friday 10-11 and when I went to shave found out I had no hot water, stopped down at the front desk to report problem concerning no hot water. Had to stop back at hotel at 2:30 pm to change and stopped by the front desk to confirm they had taken care of my hot water issue. Poor condition Pros: The bed mattress comfort was sensational. No bed bugs detected as of yet - just got home - will let you know... Cons: Read above. Do the simple things right, and you will score higher. It is not that tough... Location: Convenient for what we needed - that's about it. Pleasant sign in staff; was alone checking in an ENTIRE bus of tourists - line was incredibly long - not well planned by management to have one person dealing with this in the evening. Wake up. Awful Pros: The front desk staff's customer service. Cons: The condition of the hotel and rooms were not cleaned or serviced. Location: Accessible to everything. The condition of the hotel was awful. The carpet was dirty and smelly.

Needs a good scrubbing Pros: Heated Indoor Pool Cons: Carpets Location: Off Rte. 46. Property is in obscure location. The rooms in this property are updated and well kept by the maids...but the hallways, common areas and elevators were dreadful. Many odors of mildew and other unpleasant smells. Hotel not worth a dime! Pros: Had none! Cons: The whole hotel, from staff to room! Location: Location was ideal for why we were in NJ. Hotel wasn't even worth a small fraction of what we paid. This was a last minute trip due to a death in the family and we chose the hotel based on the ratings and the fact that La Quinta has a fairly decent reputation. My dreadful hotel stay Cons: Customer service was completely dreadful. Had some complaints about non paying customers using one of the facilties and the noise they were making through out the hotel. When the hotel supervision was talked to about this he told me "They are paying for 6 rooms... and are entitled to being here...they do not have to be quiet until 10 pm." Not coming back Pros: being close to a good restaurant. Be aware! Pros: Front desk concierge. Cons: The smell in the room. Location: You really have to know how to get there, because it is behind the restaurant on route 46 West. There are hair on bathroom floor, in the bed linens, and on the pillows. Also the room stinks. The wallpaper were coming, it seems like we are going into an upgraded homeless shelter which we have pay for. The elevator doesn't work. Needs management attention The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The printer at the lobby area computer was out of order and would not print my airline boarding pass. The front desk agent recognized the problem and offered the use of an office PC and printer. Unfortunately, Public area cleanliness was the worst I have experienced and the guestroom was almost as bad. Carpets were soiled and corridor carpets had not been vacuumed for some time. The bathroom floor was not clean with hair in plain sight.
