Terrible location. Terrible location. Hard to get to and in the middle of a poverty stricken ghetto. Car park is underground and barely fits an SUV, only cars. Also not secure; open to street. None of that was mentioned in the hotel's advertising. We were also checked into the wrong room by a very inattentive evening male receptionist, and charged the wrong amount. The night & morning staff fixed it but it took us about 20 mins to get into the correct room. Breakfast was okay. Location was HORRIBLE.

Mittelmäßiger Aufenthalt Beim Check in war der Receptionist nicht gerade freundlich und mitteilsam. Mürrisch hat er uns Fragen beantwortet. Bei der Nachfrage, ob es in der Nähe Restaurant gibts, gabs nur eine kurze Antwort, wir sollen was vom Lieferservice bestellen, Menükarte ist im Zimmer. Derweilen gibt es zwei Blocks weiter ein Italienisches Restaurant. Die Receptionistinnen am Abreisetag waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind groß, sauber und die Betten bequem. Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet.

Fair Location was poor. Check in about 10 on Saturday night and no place to eat nearby no shops etc. Area not the best after dark. If it’s raining forget it Room was nice clean and comfortable bed. Good in room facilities and shuttle bus although had to book in advance so and also by schedule which meant had a 1 and half hour wait after checkout.

They make a nice effort...but fell short of my needs. The shuttle did not pick me up..I had to call a second time..I waited over an hour and fifteen minutes at Federal circle. the hotel is quite far from the airport. My bedroom door was difficult to lock. Garbage dumpster right outside room window ...and the train outside window was a night sleeping issue Too much plastic at the breakfast. Doesn’t anyone know in USA that there is a plastic problem...The staff are very nice.

I expected more the price I was charge. Room too small. Not worth the money Clean room the transportation

Für eine Nacht nicht mehr Kein Restaurant, kein Supermarkt in der Nähe (innerhalb 15 min Fußweg nichts gefunden. Frühstück okay, aber Plastikteller, Plastikbecher, Plastikbesteck... Zimmer und Bad, groß und sauber. Kostenloser Flughafen Shuttle

الفندق بعيد المطار نصف ساعة ولايوجد اي شئ حوله والتوصيل من المطار الى الفندق لازم تتصل وتلفونهم معطل There’s nothing around the property and the main phone not working to request shuttles I don’t recommend this hotel لاأنصح فيه Nothing

Many businesses closed never to return. We do have menu books in the rooms to order take out delivered to hotel. There are many good restaurants to go to in Far Rockaway and a brand new boardwalk. We hope you give us another opportunity to serve you.

Fair The staff overcharged me for my stay...what was supposed to be $163 was charged as $1630. Now it’s taking forever to get my funds reimbursed back to me!! Meh

Wouldn’t stay here again Too far from airport. Too expensive. Rude staff at breakfast. I didn’t like anything about this hotel
