Disappointing The staff was so rude and uncooperative.. we have asked for a late checkout about one hour extra and they refused in a very rude way.. we even offered to pay extra money for an extra one or two hour and that lady was lying saying that the hotel is fully booked for the tonight and there was no one there even for the breakfast except for me and my husband.. she was lying and trying to make the hotel a wanted hotel although no customers were there at all .. it was very rude .. i even asked her to book for the shut... read more

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. The hotel was sold out during the time you stayed with us. Breakfast is available to all guests and it is up to them to take part or not. Some guests prefer to sleep in and some guests leave for early flights, etc. We extend a 1/2 hour courtesy for check out because housekeeping must prepare the rooms for our next arriving guests.
Location is every thing but this one was not to be recommended The location was terrible All good

Pleasant Kein Pkw-Stellplatz vorhanden Die Lage überzeugt mit der Nähe zum wirklich tollen Strand und zum Flughafen. Das Umfeld ist aber eher fragwürdig. Restaurants sind im Umfeld keine zu finden. Unser Zimmer war großzügig und Sauber mit Blick aufs Meer (allerdings war eine S-Bahn dazwischen). Frühstück eher so lala in der Lobby. WLAN hat gut funktioniert

Old hotel in need numerous repairs. The elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs to the 6th floor. The lobby restroom was out of order per a sign on the door. There was an elevated train which went by every 10-15 mins. The roof leaked getting my iPhone,watch & papers wet. The carpet was wet & smelled of mold. The room was small. Star system is just plain wrong. the staff was nice. The view. Of the ocean was nice.
