Poor Shuttle didn't came at all.After 1h waiting in cold decided to take taxi (45usd) and when we got there guy in reception was not even saying sorry just told is not his fault that there was traffic.This is very bad choice of hotel! Actually can not say anything good about this place..

Ok Small room. No room to get out of bed on one side. No lighting or end tables by bed. Curtain over heater or air conditioner so it couldn’t get out well.

Please avoid. Hotel advises to take action against the receptionist. The name is misleading. It is 9 km away from JFk. The receptionist at the time of checkin tried to misuse my credit card for his personal use on line. Nothing

Okay It doesn’t have Bell Boy service to help with luggages neither proper Hotel Luggage Trollies; only those airport types of carts. Communication was poor regarding Airport pick up until the last minute. The place is clean as it has been opened for business not for long.
