Could have been better, noise all night long. Noisy. Ease of parking, and to get around town.
No hot water and rock hard beds The beds were rock hard and impossible to sleep in. Nor did it have hot water! We stayed the first night realized there was no hot water the next morning and we left our stay early and requested a refund. They didn't offer to change us rooms or anything and tried to keep my refund as well. The rooms looked nice
At $86/night, shouldn't have expected much more. Was initially disappointed with pool atmosphere and absence of hot tub (included in reservation). When I asked for coffee, employee only warned me that it'd been sitting there all day. Did not offer to make more. Housekeeping was friendly and provided us with what we needed. Front desk was friendly but could've been more helpful, more available and more informed.
Won't stay there again. Cindy in housekeeping & Angel, night auditor were awesome. Restrooms on the 1st floor were not cleaned very often & neither were the grounds. Large trash cans were overflowing. Pool area was closed a good portion of our 7-day stay.

Fair My key did not open my door,i return to front desk for another. When i opened my room i found the room not cleaned. I called front desk so an employee came up and gave us the next room which the tv was on and bed not made! I was furious by this time. Employees did not apologize at all. Also employees do not wear name badges.did not have hot water Not busy, close to my relatives house
