First of all the staff was great facilities clean but pool was closed should have advise about it on there website that is the reason we wanted to stay here and ask when will it be opened the front desk said dont know its up to my GM

Blackout shades were ripped and torn…didn’t do the job. The coffee maker in the room was growing the grossest amount of “penicillin” I’ve ever seen in an appliance, much less a “customer amenity”. Sheets were “rough” - felt like I was sleeping on something that had “pilled” long ago.

The stay was welcoming but the jacuzzi hot tub was not working and that was a big disappointment cause that what my family was looking foward to. And thats why we booked the room for the stay..

WE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF SLEEPING ON A COT OR THE CONCRETE IN THE PARKING LOT AND SHOWERING AT A GAS STATION. The hotel room a/c didn’t work and was hot, the shower didn’t hardly drain, it was dirty on arrival-long hair on the bedsheets, one of the outlets on the lamps didn’t work, THE BED was so hard that it felt like we WERE sleeping on a concrete pad and both WOKE UP IN PAIN because of it, the receptionist upon check out was extremely rude and wouldn’t give us a veterans discount because it “affects the nightly rate ... read more

The front staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable but that was the extent of the good. The elevator made a loud noise and when looking at the compliance record it was past due for inspection. The paint was chipping off of the walls in the room, poor maintenance repairs in the bathroom. The was no water pressure or hot water. There was not enough lighting on the room itself. The lamps were covered in rust. The hot tub was out of order. We stayed here in July and the hot tub was broken. 6 months later it is still broken. Pretty disappointing. The only indoor pool on town as far as i know.
