I arrived at 3pm my room was not ready that I could back in an hour. Asked if I could get a discount. Manager in charge was rude he could give a dirty room if didn’t want to wait or he could cancel my room . He stated that people check in a 3 & check out at noon that they only have a small window to clean room. After his rude attitude.& statement (how is it my problem that he doesn’t have enough staff to clean room) Told him he can cancel my room .
I did not get the room I paid for and the staff was not helpful at all. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Disappointed Killed 4 roaches during our stay. One ran up my arm while I was sleeping but flung it off and killed it. I reported it upon checkout but the lady behind the desk said she would let them know.
I was extremely disappointed with this property. I chose this hotel, 1. It is recommended on Expedia and 2 it had an indoor pool. However after spending the day at a birthday party at the park in the sun and then going back to the hotel and let my kids swim to go back up to the room and have no water to shower. There was no water pressure. I reported to front desk. Employee came up said she started the laundry and that must have affected the water pressure. Honestly this was one of the worse hotels ive stayed in. Our initial room, the shower did not work and by that i mean, the shower head was so caked up with residue the water wouldn't even come out. The over night rep was really friendly and helpful with moving our room. However the next room was no better then the first. Yes the shower did work, but also had the same residue on the shower head. (Good) beautiful outside and lobby. Grills and covered patio for guests. Indoor pool being built but not currently available. No outdoor pool. Staff was friendly and responsive. (Bad) bed bugs. We saw them around midnight the day of check-in and checked out in same hour. It has been 5 full business and still have not been refunded the money from checking in. Management says Expedia has not processed the request. What has to happen to get our money back?
The property looks like it has not been maintained in a long time, grass is overgrown and shrubs are out of control. At check in I ask if pool is open so we can go swimming, she tells us pool is under construction at the moment. Would have been nice to know before booking and losing the chance to book elsewhere.
Everything looks outdated in the room there were no usb plugs anywhere. The furniture looks worn out I was not to pleased with the room and water pressure was very low in the morning and cold water no hot water just warm. Very sad situation need some work to bring it up to standard of La Quinta hotels!
