Bad All around horrible. NONE OF THE STAFF HAD ON MASK. Both beds were dirty, one bed was not even completely made & was also missing the top blanket. The toilet was disgusting... as in it hadn’t been cleaned properly for quite some time now, the tub and sink looked like it had been kinda wiped over, but definitely not cleaned properly either. We only had 2 towels in the room & neither one of the two were drying towels... & one of the towels looked like they used it to wipe the floor with it. The room smelled so bad I had to... read more
Don’t stay here Nasty place. Changed rooms 3 times before they gave us one that had been clean. None of the facilities work. Not a comfortable place to stay at all. We Survived
Never Again! From the bed to the sinking chair, to the other chair where the back was broken. I almost fell backwards. Pillow cases were small for those pillows. Hard as a rock bed. Small handicap bathroom. Handicap shower chair was falling apart! TV remote didn’t work. Drunk people in the Hal’s. One room had around 20 people inside and hanging out in the hallways. Never ever will I stay there again! The lady’s in front were very nice and helpful
Good I was charged on my card and my husband was charged on his card also. We notified staff before we left since we where evacuees. They said they fixed the problem but still no refund.
Will never stay at that hotel again bad experience me and my family had . We were a family of 6 two Adults sleep on a bed 2 kids on the pull out couch and 2 kids on the floor I was expecting two beds and a pull out bed swimming pool was dirty not working either There was no breakfast
Fair Pool was shut down with no notice. The only reason I booked this particular hotel for the pool and jacuzzi. I could have saved 75 dollars next door...family was very disappointed. Nothing said at check in about facility not being up to par. Breakfast was good
Bad. The showers in almost every room have no pressure, you are standing in there freezing cold because the water is barley coming out and luke warm. The bedding had 3 thin sheets for blankets had to get 2 extra blankets. Breakfast was bad like every laquinta i stay in i travel every week i stay in a new hotel every week. All in all will not go back to this location ever again. How close the hotel was to where i was working
Disappointing Bed was uncomfortable, couldnt really sleep. Walls are paper thin and the guests next to us were screaming laughing and banging against the wall from 12 am to 2 am Staff was awesome, she finally was able to get the next door guests to be quiet. Located right off 181, very convenient
Poor Their was hair on the wash towel the ladies were rude pool was freezing.
