The property was very nice. We did not use the pool facilities. The only problems were the refrigerator - not cold enough...and this got fixed. The remote for the TV was terrible. Finally had to use the controls on the TV to turn on/off, change channels, volume, etc. They changed batteries, but this didn't really help. But the staff and front desk clerks were wonderful.
Call water faucet not working properly light at doorway did not work all the time. Location of hotel is far off from the highway hard to fine
Room was very clean and comfortable all fixtures in great shape and great quality.
Everything was great except there was no airport shuttle due to Covid and the ac made a lot of noise..other than that it was perfect.
Im not usually a La Quinta frequenter but they pleasantly surprised me. The staff were wonderful and the room was good. A few warninfs: the lighting is not the best in the bathrooms (makeup wise) and my room on the 1st floor was somewhat noisy but nothing i couldnt handle. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the rooms each day. Overall, I'm pleased with my stay!
Loved everything. Didn't know you have to reserve the pool, however Christina was sooo extremely kind to us and went above and beyond to help us with pool access.
