Our heater/air conditioning unit was very noisy and didn’t work very well. Our shower head was not working very well. The room was clean, and the property is under going a renovation.
The staff was awesome! But I didn't like that we had to walk next door for breakfast. And hopefully they get better toilet paper haha it sucked bad! And the ac wasn't working neither

Unfortunately, while we have these temporary changes happening we are having our guest walk across the parking lot to our sister property to have breakfast. I do hope that you come back and check out our newly renovated property once complete.
There was no hairdryer in the room, had to go down to the desk & get one. No one cleaned our room Saturday, we had to ask for towels….

By chance did you have your DND sign on your door early that morning? Sometimes our housekeepers make rounds pretty early. It was a great stay!!! Def would stay there again! Staff are super friendly and the breakfast was great…just wish the breakfast area was finished and did not have to go to the sister hotel to eat but overall a wonderful place just had issues with the ac not working correctly
The best thing was the staff. The young lady who checked us in was exceptionally gracious. She apologized for the inconvenience caused by the construction going on and kept encouraging us to ask for anything we might need. Great employees like those we dealt with are vital to a pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable. I am very particular about pillows and always bring my own to be sure of good ones. Staff is friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfy. Love the shampoo and conditioner.
I like the spacious rooms and how the jacuzzi in the pool area was open but, I didn't like that while they were remodeling(that wasn't their fault),we had to walk across the driveway to get breakfast and it was cold outside and that they charge 50 for booking through a 3rd party sure e.g. Expedia which is cheapest compared to their site which they do not make you aware of until you check-in

Property was okay, but that ac unit is very very noisy in room 405!
Close to shopping and restaurants. Under renovation but were very accommodating.
