Staff was great. Got us checked in early and we were able to check out late with out any addition cost. Air Port shuttle was also provided at no cost and cruise port shuttle for $15 per person.

Das Zimmer, wir hatten eine Suite war vollkommen in Ordnung - leider hatten wir Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung, die nicht repariert wurden, aber ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter hilfsbereit und der Manager super! Danke

The check in was slow due to only 1 person on the front desk. The rooms were clean and the hotel quiet. It is nice being located along the river. The breakfast was very crowded and they ran out of things and slow with replenishing the items. They do have a shuttle to the cruise port for $15 per person.

It was fine for an overnight before a cruise. The hotel is a little tired (needs updating). The elevators are very slow. Check in very slow. Only one desk clerk trying to help everyone.
