Exceptional The breakfast, the food quality was ok, but very limited choices. Facilities and the employees at the Front Desk, very friendly and gracious customer services.
OK TV remote stopped working after 5 minutes; had to get a replacement from front desk. In room coffee maker didnt work; discovered that it was a bad receptacle after it was too late to make coffee, Long wait for shuttle for ride from airport to hotel. Breakfast wasnt ready at advertised time. Coffee pot at breakfast ran out after ten minutes. High cost for having this many problems. Clean room, great staff, shuttle from hotel to airport was on time and pleasant driver, comfortable bed

generally had no overwellming complaints. would stay again. value for money the breakfast offering was not bad but the eggs taste very artificial and were hard to eat, The beds were ok but the pillows were uncomfortable. on a whole the hotel is a bit dated. had to change rooms because of an issue the location was exellent and the surrounding were great. convenient airport shuttle
