Very Good
The room served its purpose as we had a 14 hour flight delay and it provided a place to shower and sleep in a bed. A bit dated Staff was friendly and helpful as well as providing convenient airport shuttle

It would be a very good property, if they can fix front desk and shuttle staffing problems. Airport shuttle non existent. Front desk needs way more employees. We were directed to sit in the breakfast area for more than 30 minutes waiting our turn to check in. Only one employee checking in guests, checking out guests and answering all the phone calls from the airport courtesy pickup guests that were not being served. Good, convenient location with a price that doesn’t break the bank. Could be cleaner. Pets in hotel and dining area, barking dog in room. Need more help in dining room, one person could not keep up with demand for food. Walking distance to Oakwood mall. Descent breakfast.

Needs a bar area and communal areas to be cleaner but will stay there again No bar fascilities and communal areas not as clean as could be Nice location, comfortable room and staff on arrival were very helpful and friendly

stayed 2 x 2 night stays between cruises Liked the pool and grounds. Staff pleasant and helpful except at breakfast. Poor service at breakfast and kept running out of things. Room needs updating. Carpet old dirty. Furniture clean. We did not have a car so a bit cut off and remote. Too far to walk to local amenities.
