Buen hotel solo por pocos días No hacen limpieza todos los días, cuando recibi la habitación el baño no estaba tan limpio. Las alfombras se ven sucias. Entiendo que este hotel necesita una remodelación. La cama es cómoda

Nice place, poor communication about the transport times That it did not say on booking.com that the free airport transfer was from 7am when my flight was 7.30am I would never have booked this hotel I booked this because it offered free airport transfers what it didn’t say was that the airport transfers didn’t run until after 7am If it has said this I would not have booked

Exceptional The staff is awesome, I had to much noise on my room and the girl from front desk immediately call the guest but nobody responded and she change me the room, I really appreciate her quick response. Definitely I will be back again.

Amazing and Awesome Spirit had malfunction with plane leaving out of Houston which caused us to miss connecting flight in Fort Lauderdale, spirit rebooked us for the following morning - and we had to find last minute arrangements for that day and evening. So that how we ended up at your property. Your staff turned a horrible situation into an amazing and memorable stay.
