Room was clean but it is very noisy through the doors and walls. Breakfast was was not well stocked and the variety was limited. Staff is nice but needs more people working.

Room was clean the staff were friendly. The pool was closed very disappointed about that.

Elevators took forever to come. Washrooms were not that great

Rooms were very clean and the shuttle service was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and gave great local food recommendations for lunch and dinner.

Not a bad hotel, just very old and seems run down. Staff was okay but the room could definitely use some TLC; curtains were stained.. AC seemed like it was holding for dear life trying to blow cold air. On top of that the tub was full of water when we got it since it seemed like the towels fell in and the drip just filled the tub. Location was pretty decent though, few shops nearby and fairly close to the cruise port.
