Exceptional N/A People make the difference during any hotel stay. Everyone was nice and exceptional people. Two who stood out are Rene and Frank. They delivered the personal kind of service I enjoyed. I'll be back for another relaxing week.

Wonderful Would have given a higher score but the rooms are not just tired, they look worn. Room was clean as it could be. The front desk staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my sister and I during our stay. The shuttle drivers stopped at a grocery store for us so we could get a few things we forgot.
