1 of the 2 rooms was very dirty when we first arrived, with the sheets full of hair as if they hadn't been washed. The door to the room was always cracked as they must have added a new keyless lock system later on, and it just did not close well. If you didn't pay attention the door did not close all the way when you left the room. The Maids were vey loud when they cleaned, screaming loudly towards each other and having TVs on very loudly. The breakfast was not very good.

Avoud this place Stayed one night. Went to see Soringsteen @ BBT Center. Chose this hotel since it was near event. Bathroom in lobby was filthy at time of check in. Elevator must have been purchased second hand from third world country. Paper thin walls. Could hear conversations in rooms on either side of our room. Uncomfortable mattress with tiny pillows. This place should be torn down!

Overbooked and Under Performing Pros: Nothing Cons: ensure the rooms a person books and pays for are available for them when they arrive I prepaid for a non-smoking room when i arrived i was told the hotel was over booked and they no longer had a nonsmoking room available and that i had to take the smoking room. It was the worse night of my life and my alergies and sinuses were messed up for days after

Hotel in good location for shopping but facilities need upgrading. Hallways and rooms are dusty with a hint of smoke. I was able to open a window for ventilation so that my allergies didnt kill me. Its an OK place for a short stay close to shopping districts.

Need major renovation! Rooms are old. Need revamping! Bath curtains dirty. Rug musty. Breakfast basic. Beds uncomfortable. Nice staff. Clean towels. Good location.

Convenient hotel The hotel location is good, that is the positive. The negatives - that elevator needs to be upgraded it took forever to climb up and down. The toilet bowl was for extra short people and I am 5'1"! The room was dusty, the hallway was hot....I am tired just thinking about the wrongs in that place.
