Room wasn’t clean. Building is old

We had a very unpleasant experience because there were cockroaches in the room. I took photos and videos and showed them to the person working at the front desk, but their only response was, "Thank you for letting us know." The hotel offered no gesture of goodwill regarding such an unpleasant incident, and the cleanliness was very poor.

The WiFi do not work

Once I checked in and tried to shower, they body wash not not filled to they gave me bars of soap which if lucky got through the shower . After alerting the front desk about the body was not being filled it took them 2 days to final get it filled House keeping cannot fiill the shampoo or body wash only maintenance but they were short because 1 maintenance was on vacation for 2 weeks. It’s not worth the price. The staff, particularly the lady at night was not friendly in answering your questions. I asked about internet and she gave me a strange answer. Also the rooms were smelly. I was there for 1 night but will never ever book there.

2/5 stars due to being pretty old and somewhat smelly in our room. Also, black mold on the entire ceiling above the shower. YIKES! I guess you get what you pay for. The entire hotel sort of feels like a "landlord special" where things seem to be "modernized" by just painting over old paint, rigging things in a pretty unprofessional way, and just overall just old. Staff was great, and the maintenance guy even left a full spray bottle for us to help with the smell... but it just didn't cut it.

I am visiting from overseas, so when I booked this room it was so that I could spend an afternoon catching up on the internet. The hotel didn't have internet access for the 2 days that I stayed there. There was a sanitary issue in the bathroom. When I brought this to their attention, they offered to install disability equipment to correct the unhealthy problem with the bathroom. It was an attempt at a band-aid fix for a health issue and I declined. They moved me to a less desirable room.

Do not go to this place if you want to get some sleep or rest, they put barking dogs on all floors instead of keeping them to one floor, staff is very rude.
