Condition and Maintenance If there is a problem with your room such as a light bulb that needs to be replaced or broken ficture, don't count on getting it fixed. I filled out a maintenance form and never got a reply. Beds are also uncomfortable.
Internet facilities The internet facility is basically a junky web TV in every room. You have to pay $10 a day and the keyboard we got didn't work. They have no wireless capability and no high-speed modem either.
Price/quality great Excellent price/quality ratio, close to Fort Lauderdale Airport
Extremely nice hotel in a quiet, pleasant area Got in around 11pm and all they could provide was a smoking room even though I had requested non-smoking. The room was in great shape and very clean. We will stay again if we go back to that area.
Breakfast could be a lot better … change up a few basis… add fruits like apples n bananas
The room smelled musty as soon as we walked in for the first time and it just never went away. I checked the bed and it was VILE. The mattress looked like it had just never been cleaned and there was obvious stains from bodily fluid, whether it be blood or vomit- I have no clue but it was awful. I would have gotten another room had it not been so late already. The bathroom also didn't have a fan or ventilation for the water after showering, which is why I assume the room smelled like mildew. The hotel and room were clean, the beds were not the best. Overall a clean, well lit room with AC and free breakfast.

The room itself was great. Comfy bed and clean hot shower. However, we left something behind and it was extremy challenging to get it back. The woman on the phone said she couldn't leave the desk to check our room and yet when we arrived back, she was nowhere to be found. Not the greatest customer service.

The mattress was uncomfortable, the air conditioner was noisy, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The pool was not clean and was full of leaves. All the hotel windows were frosted or treated, so you couldn’t see outside.
