Fair The AC didn’t work and that was a struggle during the night the beds were hard and for a pregnant lady was super uncomfortable That’s it was close to the lake

Fix the Wall-Mounted Thermostat Air conditioning could be better. The wall mounted thermostat was apparently inopperable, so the management returned the thermostatic control to the window AC. The bean counters won the argument over the engineers, and so controlling the room temperature is compromised. There was no guide for the TV channels. There are no closeby restaurants. Our stay was less than satisfactory, unfortunately. It was loud. The rooms were warm and you couldnt adjust the thermostat. Easy access to I-30.

Never again. Smoking on property. 10 tobacco addicts standing outside the doors, sucking cigs! YUCK, the stink!!!! I was on t5he 1st floor, and there must have been a rodeo being held upstairs. Breakfast, meh. Sahid was very nice.

Poor When I got to my room it wasn’t clean so I had to wait like 30 minutes for the housekeeping to come back and clean my room. This was at 9pm when I checked in.

I was double charged for my room and got the run around when tried to get it fixed. I was double charged for my room. I pd when I booked thru booking.com and then when I checked in she charged me again. I tried to explain what had happened but she couldn't comprehend anything. I called the hotel back after leaving to try and speak with someone and they kept telling me to contact booking.com. So I did, only to be told to contact hotel.

Never again. It had an order when u walked in. 2 employees behind desk checked us in. Lobby was in need of painting. All walls were missing paint. Front doors locked, elevator locked. Did not look very safe. We left and booked down the road. We wouldn’t even stay. It was horrible. Booking says 3 stars. I wouldn’t give it one.

Fair Room AC was super loud, cracked bath room sink & when water was first turned on it came out black- also leak underneath the sink.
