Disappointing The bed was hard and could feel the mattress springs, very painful sleeping Nice staff

Very Poor Nasty bathrooms, poop literally on the floor, staff cannot explain why we were charged extra or refund it, dirty facilities. Comfy bed, good location.

Disappointing How it's a non smoking room but if you.re a smoker have to go inside outside all the time to smoke a cigarette..but you come back inside of course the room is gonna smell like smoke when you got 3 smokers that DID SMOKE outside and not in the room The breakfast

Although they had a hot breakfast, it was not attended to very well there was only one flavor of coffee and it was terri The toilet seat did not fit the toilet properly (it was smaller )and the shampoo pump in the shower did not work It was close to Bass Pro shop and where I needed to stay

Fair Room smelled bad. Ants in the bathtub. Bed was very hard. Staff was friendly. Entrance/lobby was nice and smelled nice.

Fair The AC didn’t work and that was a struggle during the night the beds were hard and for a pregnant lady was super uncomfortable That’s it was close to the lake

Fix the Wall-Mounted Thermostat Air conditioning could be better. The wall mounted thermostat was apparently inopperable, so the management returned the thermostatic control to the window AC. The bean counters won the argument over the engineers, and so controlling the room temperature is compromised. There was no guide for the TV channels. There are no closeby restaurants. Our stay was less than satisfactory, unfortunately. It was loud. The rooms were warm and you couldnt adjust the thermostat. Easy access to I-30.
