Poor service, Hot Room. They cancelled my reservation because "I didn't answer my phone" the ONE time they called. The air was not working in our suite, and the front desk staff was extremely rude. They also only provide hand/body soap for one night and 3 towels for my family of 4 for 2 days. I love how spacious our suite was.

Poor Night staff was rude. Beds were so uncomfortable. And the rooms were hot. You could turn the AC down and our room was never cool except maybe at night.

Poor no house keeping on the weekends so we had to take our trash out and bring dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones

Bad they have no house keeping on the weekends and you have to gather your own trash and towels to get clean ones. The breakfast is awful

Don’t do it The pool was closed management would adjust room price, but open the pool the day I left. The toilets would back up and only had one plunger for the WHOLE building absolutely nothing
