Disappointing
Poor service, Hot Room. They cancelled my reservation because "I didn't answer my phone" the ONE time they called. The air was not working in our suite, and the front desk staff was extremely rude. They also only provide hand/body soap for one night and 3 towels for my family of 4 for 2 days. I love how spacious our suite was.

Poor Night staff was rude. Beds were so uncomfortable. And the rooms were hot. You could turn the AC down and our room was never cool except maybe at night.

Don’t do it The pool was closed management would adjust room price, but open the pool the day I left. The toilets would back up and only had one plunger for the WHOLE building absolutely nothing
