Poor Facility conditions The service was very poor the accommodation was lackluster could not get them to fix issues in the 3 days that I stayed there they just kept blowing me off so I didn't really like anything

Please stay anywhere else. This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. Dirty room, loud environment and sketchy crowd. Room smelled like cigarettes. Tub was dirty and floors were not clean. This hotel attracts a sketchy crowd. I heard screaming and doors slamming from 2 am to 4am. Police were constantly surveillancing the hotel parking lots. I would not recommend this hotel not even for one night. Please do not bring your families here

Disappointing Personal freundlich aber desinteressiert. Gute Matratzen, saubere Bettwäsche. Anlage insgesamt ziemlich runter und schmuddelig. Müffeliges Zimmer, Badewanne/ Dusche haben wir nicht nutzen wollen. Auf dem Gang piepten die ganze Zeit zwei Rauchmelder. Verkaufen Instantsuppen, es gibt aber keine Möglichkeit, Wasser zu erhitzen. War nur eine Nacht, war für uns daher auszuhalten. Der Kaffee am Morgen, die Auswahl zum Frühstück etwas besser als in anderen Ketten. Mehr fällt uns nicht ein.

Disappointing
Poor
Unexpected not so good surprises. Was giving a room where someone had smoked when I requested a non-smoking one without any notice or adjustments. Also, most of my towels were stained/dirty and broken. I asked the front desk girl to leave a message to the new owners about my issues, who were there during my stay, and never heard from them. The breakfast was good, conftarble bed, good size bedroom and not too far from restaurants.

it was one day to much the lady who works there and charged me a second night because I wasn’t out by 1130 am the breakfast
