Bad This is the most rachet hotel I might of ever stayed at. The dirtiest nothing works smells like mildew through the whole place unprofessional staff. There's nothing good about this hotel your way better off anywhere else. Uhm leaving
Would not stay again. The room was dirty, very dirty under the bed and not enough hygiene items, the pool was dirty. Dog poop outside on grass by my car I almost stepped on. Customer service at front desk was excellent

Extremely disappointing and less than satisfactory!!!! See above!!! Elevator broken, I'm handicapped and it was very hard to get to and from room . receptionist in AM was unhelpful as she didn't even know about Laramie wy, so she couldn't help know how continue on my journey

Very disappointing. The staff - when we arrived the front desk was rude, uninterested in helping us find food at 9pm and had no service values in her interaction. We observed her with other guests and my very forgiving husband was in shock also. The rooms are below par and need to be upgraded and generally cleaned. The general hotel location felt unsafe and when driving only 15 minutes away north, we discovered some lovely hotels, restaurants and area. So disappointing and definitely not worth $100 plus.
