Horrible, rude and inconsiderate! When we arrived the room was dirty the sheets were dirty we had to call housekeeping to replace sheets. I had a death in the family and had to go back home a day early and the property manager will not refund me for the one night I was not able to stay! So inconsiderate and rude! Will never stay at a La Quinta again or book with booking.com

Poor I didn’t like that you didn’t really need to use the key card to get in the room we had to actually lock the door so it didn’t feel safe Not much

Smelled like fresh cigarette smoke Room smelled like fresh cigarette smoke. Told Staff, nothing was done. Comfortable, location
Disappointing Shower didn’t work well. Was told I would only be charged a total of $75 for pet instead they charged my card 3 times for $75 so that’s a total of $225 so definitely not happy. Staff was nice breakfast was delicious
Very Poor Kinda of a musty smell when you enter the room and the lobby, you know what kind of hotel your staying in when the check in employee looks like any one off the streets? Pay alot of money for one night, and the hotel did not meet my expectations for the price. If the hotel has been upgraded, painting is not and upgrade. I'll admit the room was clean but out dated with tubs to sinks and real basic room for the price I paid The TV was nice
