Bad I did not like that the front desk staff named Rita charged my Wells Fargo card $198 when she was not supposed to charge my card I gave her a separate card to charge and she still charged the wrong card and now my account is negative because of this hotel and I called them to let them know and all they could do was give me attitude bravo horrible service I will never be back to this hotel and I promise you I will get my money back from you guys! I would not recommend this property Location - There's not much of anything around the hotel. The Monday morning manager was rude. After we made a few complaints, we were kicked out on the last day of our stay. The manger stated it was for smoking in the room, however, we were the room right next to the exit door & made sure to stand outside that door while smoking. Fair Very run down, they have tried to do some updates. Had reserved a non-smoking room. The family suite had a very strong tobacco and Marijuana smell. Went back to the front desk and was assured that all rooms were non-smoking. They only had the one family suite, so we were unable to move rooms. We were able to air it out fairly well by opening the windows and turning the air on while we left for a couple hours. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent. Would not stay here again Extremely shabby and not very clean. Towels had holes and stains on them and shower curtain rings were torn. Hallways smelled of sewage. Close to family

Dirty Got there got checked in went to the room and the bed had blood on it and the room wasn’t very clean. The walls were mixed paint. Nothing had been dusted in a long time. The hallway was gross. Nothing was clean Like that the pool had adult hours 10pm-12am
