I was not happy at all and the beds were awful. The pool was gross the hit tub wasn't a hot tub. The continental breakfast wasn't up to par. It was close to some attractions that we attended.
front desk gal bad customer service didn’t greet didn’t mention breakfast etc not so clean vent in the room 301 is super loud all night couldn’t get much sleep
Bad NEED MY REFUND !!! GOT CHARGED 60$ for a washcloth that was not mine !!!!!! I told the worker downstairs there was a dirty towel in my room and she was drunk could barley understand what I was saying so it was left in my room the whole time I was there and they when I leave they charge me 60$ for a wash cloth !!! NEED MY REFUND !!!

Was disappointed in the facility and staff Didn't get the room we booked. Room was unclean and in disrepair. No carpet makes the floor cold. Breakfast
Don't stay here unless you really have to; we had little choice due to an emergency. The pool area had a smell of mold, the pool water was obviously not well cared for, and the water in the hut tub water was greenish and smelled bad. The bedding for the pullout sofa-bed was dirty, and the front desk had no idea what we were talking about when we asked for bedding. They brought a queen sheet up. Fair the blankets and towels were dirty and there was no hand soap. also you could tell the shampoo and conditioner bottles were just refilled because they had dried product coating the bottles.
Fair The oriental employee first blaming me for smoking in my room which I was seen many times smoking outside in designated areas then him harassing me about paying with my debit card and trying to say they didn't except debit cards even though I payed many other times with that same exact card.. He made me very uncomfortable at first but changed his attitude after he found out he might be wrong.. I don't know.. Was really uncomfortable though!. Not sure I'll be back.. Nice comfortable place.. Good location..
