:/ Se queda la habitación sin servicio de agua y hay que estar hablando para que lo restauren, el elevador se descompuso y se quedó gente adentro por un buen rato, el desayunos malo, muy limitado. Instalaciones viejas Buena atención, personal muy amable

Convenience to the airport Shuttle from the airport. It was not listed at the airport and we didn't know their tel # so we had to take a cab to the hotel Cleanliness and convenience to IAH
Good overnight stay nearby IAH free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, comfortable rooms
Classic airport motel Room felt a little tired, mainly due to the carpet Staff were friendly and efficient. Nice to see a free side table of coffee, fruit and biscuits in the lobby even at 5am !
