Absolutely terrible As many others have mentioned, the property is currently under renovations. We obviously received an unrenovated room that among other things had large wet patches on the rug underneath a leaky AC unit; holes and mold patches on the walls; broken door hardware and room fixtures; and other substandard features. Poor Un'ala del piano terra era un cantiere che si doveva attraversare per arrivare all'unico ascensore stranamente molto distante dalla hall. La posizione vicino all'aeroporto.
Terrible. NEVER GO HERE No electricity. No communication. Had to sleep with my 6 month old in my car. Apparently there was no electricity for a few days but still let people book online. Worse experiences ever No electricity.

Disappointing
Horrible! It was in renovation and they didn’t let the customer know in advance. The first floor looks like a haunted hotel. It was scary. Elevator, hallways and room dirty, AC wasn’t working, no comforter on the bed,the curtain was a bed sheet, poop on the bathroom floor, a used condom in the bathtub and the receptionist in the morning was rude with customers and even worst with the shuttle driver. It was a nightmare and to add more to the bad service I was charged twice because I did it through Booking.com and they said th... read more
