Ne er again The room was not clean, the Transfer to the Hotel was Not available, we Hand to take a can although in the Internet Transfer was included. The Coffee in the Morning was cold, so it was Not a good stay after 30 Hours of traveling. Nothing

your staff is the only reason I didn’t give the lowest possible scoring it took almost an hour to find me a clean room. the first smelled like urine, the 2nd smelled like a dead animal and after that the staff had to check several more rooms before finding something remotely decent for me. it was close to the airport and you provided a shuttle

It sucked. Do better LaQuinta i expected more which is why I picked u Hotel and room smelled bad, room key didn't work for 2 days, the carpet was filthy, requested room cleaning and it never happened but on the day of check out. Location is excellent

Bad I had to take a cab from the airport to their hotel at 11:00 pm, even though they advertised free shuttle service. I was told that the manager would take care of it. I showed the taxi receipt of $20. to the person at the desk. I was still charged the full amount of $70.87US for April 7 - April 8. There was no adjustment to my bill. I would like the reimbursement of $20.00 (the cost of the taxi) to my Visa card. If I had known that the shuttle service ended at 10:30 pm, I wouldn't have booked the room there.
