Disappointing The hotel needs a facelift. The hallways smelt and the elevator looks like it hasnt seen an inspection in years. The evening of the 8th front desk lady was rude and not a people person. She acted childish when the phone rang and if someone had a question The am shuttle driver was the best part.

Seeking a refund The bathroom, and tub was dirty. There was hair in the tub bathroom sink too. One of the lamp shades were dirty, and the cable didn’t work, or the room phone. When I went down to exchange rooms the card machine stopped working. This young man, had to go room to room to unlock doors to let the guest in. He was very polite, and helpful. He did move my sister, and I to a bigger room. N/A.

The poor water pressure in the restroom and the elevator smell bad The staff was great great customer service
March 2022 Stay Jasmine at the front desk told me that my "special request", made when I booked the reservation 3 weeks ago, was not seen at all until TODAY, my arrival day! The room I had requested was occupied, per Jasmine, and none available near the room requested!! I found this to be very odd since I made the request a long while back.
