Musty smells and old, unclean carpet and furniture no housekeeping I didn’t like any of it. The front desk staff is rude. Housekeeping refused to clean my room and the elevators are old and they smell like pee. The stairs are even worse—Strong Oder. The carpet in the room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in decades. It make you cringe from old and outdated amenities. The chairs I’m the rooms Are dirty and look like they will give you bedbugs I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY, definitely not a family with children
Fair the whole building is run down, elevator is a disaster, smelled like urine. Furniture in the room was very worn down as well as the carpet. location is excellent and the room was clean

Super Mal trato a los latinos. El trato del personal. El gerente nisiquiera te apoya en algun problema , menos en la comunicación. Jamás regreso a un hotel La quinta mi pasillo olía a mota , el aireacondicionado huele mal el elevador super maltratado, el desayuno es de verdad muy carente y quien te lo sirve peor ,son personas sin ganas de trabajar de atender. Staffs are nice.the service are good but the only bad thing is croroaches every where in the room. Croroaches all over inside the room.

Fair Need to improve your breakfast menu like variety of egg, most surprising is bread was not available. Location is good and bed was comfortable
Bad Would not recommend. Terrible! Room mot clean, the shower and sink were full of water before we got there. Would not drain. Carpet filthy. Elevators did not work. Staff did not care. Canceled reservation. NEVER WILL I EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY THERE!!!!
