Awful It was incredibly dirty, staff was rude, staff didn’t wear masks despite signs saying masks were required. Multiple quests were coughing quite a bit in the lobby, not wearing masks and had runny noses, gross. Our room was stocked with dirty linens. We were charged a $20 fee to check in 30 minutes early because our plan had come in early (2:30pm instead of 3:00pm). Location is only convenient to get to the airport, you are not walkable to anything else.
Fair Room smelled like cigarette smoke....other family that stayed across had a room that smelled like feet. No sleep due to people talking in hallway for a long time.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here until renovations and better upkeep are put in place. I didn’t like that fact that there were additional fees put in place and not being informed prior to my visit. The staff informed me these rules were put in place 2weeks prior to my Visit but it would have been nice to be informed seeing as how when I book any other hotel I’m informed of any fees or hotel taxes. Liveble Y’all need to clean the tubs and sheets wayy better. The key card never worked and we had to keep going to the front for it to be reset . Stained sheets, stained tub, stained carpets. We had a roof leak and our key cards never worked. What was there to like?

overall I was pretty dissatisfied with my stay. shower was dirty, dirty towel was left in the shower, cockroach in fridge, toilet wouldn’t flush correctly, doorknob to room 206 didn’t work properly, blanket was dirty, weird odor in room. nice area, staff allowed me to check out 1hr late.

Horrible expérience I ever had. I never got my room the guy or girl at the front des was very rude and disrespectful .. I need a refond and they wouldn't give me one
