Typisches Flughafen-Hotel, das schon bessere Zeiten erlebt hat. Im Hotel war wirklich fast alles veraltet und dreckig: der Pool, die Liegen, der Fitnessraum, die Sitzecken draußen. Das war das 14. Hotel unserer Reise und gehörte zu den schlechtesten. Das Zimmer war wirklich groß und die Lage des Hotels war für eine Transit-/Overnight-Reise gut. Kleiner, aber feiner Fitnessraum. Die Lobby war sehr schön und fast schon das Highlight. Ansonsten war das Hotel nicht so gut.
Ok Room hasn’t been cleaned well. There were stains in the bathroom floor/sink, an old water cup was left inside the microwave. Then we saw a bed bug on one of the beds on the last day. We searched but couldn’t find anymore. Needless to say, we had to clean everything when we came home coz we didn’t want to take a chance. The keycard didn’t work on all 4 days we stayed (including right after checking in). We had to go down to the lobby everyday to get it reactivated. It was unsafe and I don’t recommend. The dead bolt was missing pieces . I called for a maintenance worker and the staffed said they was coming and never came . It felt unsafe . Also I asked for a do not disturb sign and didn’t get one until I went to the help desk for second time . n/a
never again! They lies! we were told on two separate occasions that the shuttle ran until 11 pm. I asked again when we checked in…no problem! when we returned, I called the hotel as instructed…shuttle stopped at 10!!!!! I won’t stay there again and neither will my group! in addition we stayed there last month and this month and the elevator is STILL BROKEN!
