at first I thought it was okay but really it’s not. they need new staff. staff location
The worst stay ever I had requested a room with 2 beds and sofa bed. I ended up with 2 full beds where we didnt fit. My kid had to sleep on floor i ask for roll away bed 1 tells me yes 2nd tells me no so i was super mad. I had planned to stay 2 nights i only stayed 1 and left worst hotel ever. Not comfortable at all that now im dealing with a hip pain Nothing

Needed a place to stay with my dog prior to IAH flights. Dirty, outdated, and in rough shape once you get out of the lobby. The proximity to IAH.

I would do it again !!! Even if it was one a.m, no transportation was provided.. IAH had no taxis, either and the one we finally used was not a good experience !!!!!!!!

Disappointing The rooms smelled really bad, it was dirty, and bugs were crawling on the floor Staff was very nice and helpful
