Bad Roaches on the first night. Electricity out. Shoddy shower and just overall uncleanliness Did not like or enjoy at all

Fair vet loud guests around us, dog barking, alarm in another room going off at midnight for approximately an hour

Needs some upgrades Overall the hotel could use an upgrade and some improvements. The elevator was old and scratched up. My room had some hair in the bathroom on the floor which wasn't awful but made me question how clean the rest of the room was. Also there were no USB ports anywhere in the room. This may not seem like a huge deal but almost everyone in the world owns a smart phone and not having ports is seriously inconvenient. Thank you for your time. The location, staff and price were great.

Poor Trash under our beds, ac not work, no key cards so housekeeper or front desk had let us every time, mold on bathroom ceiling and front desk not care especially when I adv am in remission breast cancer and will need be moved to another room. Ask for discount at check out and front desk said "I reported the mold not getting discount." The housekeeping ladies more friendly and helpful than the front desk.
