If you expect to check in early like 99% of other hotels, FORGET ABOUT IT! Arrived several hours early. They wouldn’t let us check in until the exact checkin time even though rooms were available. Husband is disabled and needed to lay down. Several people did check in early but we guess they paid for that option. During the reservation process, we didn’t have that option. Breakfast

Very Poor
Nothing went right! After we checked in we were told the key cards weren’t working. The maintenance man(I’m only assuming that’s his position) had to key everyone in every time they wanted to enter their room. It was a slight inconvenience, however he was very quick to open the doors! It did just feel a little weird and unsafe that you just said a room you needed open and they opened it. They only assumed you were being truthful as there’s no way they could remember who was in every room and they didn’t ask any type of verif... read more

Bad This hotel needs a serious renovation. Carpets are extremely stained. Shower is stained. The shower curtains don't fit right, they are too small for the rod they are on. The glass is cracked in the window in room 412
