Will be back in a couple of years. Wow! Too much! Ants, locked out of my room due to someone checking me out a day early. The hotel needs some updating, the shower need replacing, just minor things. Should be an advisory that animals will be roaming the entire hotel. Jasmine at the front desk. The area is so nice and quiet. Nice pool, greenery and gazebo. Nice bagged breakfast and coffee. The maintenance man was super sweet!

Below average Rooms were a mess.. not clean door looked as if someone tried to break in.. ac didnt work well.. wouldnt get cool Customer service was great
Mal servicio de transporte Muy mal el servicio del shuttle al aeropuerto. Lo reserve para las 5am (2 veces confirmado la noche anterior) y al llegar al lobby me dijeron que el shuttle era a las 6am y no podian adelantarlo. En este caso hubiera esperado que nreaccionaran y lo adelantaran pero simplemente dijeron que no se podia. Por suerte mi vuelo no era sino hasta las 8am pero por ser vuelo internacional se me pudo haber complicado y el personal del hotel no hizo nada al respecto.

The worst service I have ever had in a hotel in the United States When I asked for a late check out I was annoyed and asked why and that its onl possible at 12 noon. Even if you want to pay to check out later, you will be treated rudely and only offered to pay for a full night. Very very bad service and rude and unmotivated staff. Prefer to play around with the cell phone or talk to other employees while a customer is checking in rather than serving the customer as is usual at the reception. Not recommendable !
